Processing Time
Due to increased order volume, all orders are currently shipping within 2–4 business days. We appreciate your patience during this busier-than-normal time.
Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
U.S. Orders
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $49 ship free and arrive within 4–10 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Orders under $49 will be charged a $5 flat rate.
- Expedited Shipping (FedEx 2-Day): $26 flat rate. Orders placed before 10 AM EST ship the same business day; orders placed after will ship the next business day. Transit time begins once FedEx scans the shipment.
Alaska & Hawaii
- Standard ground shipping is charged at a $40 flat rate.
International Shipping
- We are currently unable to ship to Canada due to tariff restrictions.

Applicable state and county taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Discounts
- Discount codes apply to full-price items only (unless otherwise stated).
- Some exclusions may apply.
- Only one discount code may be used per order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- You have 30 minutes after placing your order to make edits or cancel.
- If the 30-minute window has passed, your order will be processed as placed. Returns may still be initiated after delivery.
Return Policy
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Return Process
- Contact us at contact@visfresh.com to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (U.S. customers only).
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
