Processing Time

Due to increased order volume, all orders are currently shipping within 2–4 business days. We appreciate your patience during this busier-than-normal time.


Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. Territories.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.

U.S. Orders

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $49 ship free and arrive within 4–10 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Orders under $49 will be charged a $5 flat rate.
  • Expedited Shipping (FedEx 2-Day): $26 flat rate. Orders placed before 10 AM EST ship the same business day; orders placed after will ship the next business day. Transit time begins once FedEx scans the shipment.

Alaska & Hawaii

  • Standard ground shipping is charged at a $40 flat rate.

International Shipping

  • We are currently unable to ship to Canada due to tariff restrictions.

Applicable state and county taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.


Discounts

  • Discount codes apply to full-price items only (unless otherwise stated).
  • Some exclusions may apply.
  • Only one discount code may be used per order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You have 30 minutes after placing your order to make edits or cancel.
  • If the 30-minute window has passed, your order will be processed as placed. Returns may still be initiated after delivery.

Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@visfresh.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (U.S. customers only).
  3. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Purchases from Other Retailers

  • If you purchased from another store or website, please contact them directly to arrange your return.
